Offsite OÜ (registry code 14061956) is responsible for the collection,
processing, and use of personal data of users of the website koduaed.ee.
For any questions regarding personal data, you can contact us at
info@koduaed.ee.
We collect personal data (such as name, email address, phone number,
address) only when necessary to provide our rental services or fulfil
bookings.
Personal data is used only for the purposes for which it was collected,
including:
- processing and fulfilling rental bookings
- customer communication
- providing rental services and resolving rental-related questions
- marketing (e.g. newsletters, if consent is given)
Sharing personal data with third parties
Personal data may be shared with third parties only to the extent
necessary to provide services, or when required by law. Our processors
and partners include:
- Maksekeskus AS (registry code 12268475) — payment service provider.
Maksekeskus AS processes payment-related personal data (name, email,
payment details) in accordance with their privacy policy at
maksekeskus.ee/privaatsuspoliitika. The lessor does not have access
to the customer's banking or card details.
- Shopify Inc. — e-commerce platform provider that hosts the koduaed.ee
online store. Shopify processes personal data on behalf of Offsite OÜ
in accordance with their privacy policy at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
- BookThatApp (Zetya Pty Ltd) — booking management application within
Shopify. Processes booking-related data necessary for managing rental
periods.
Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the purpose it
was collected or as required by law (typically 7 years for accounting
documents).
User rights
Users have the right to:
- access their personal data
- request correction or deletion
- restrict or object to processing
- lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate
(Andmekaitse Inspektsioon)
