Booking and payment
How do I make a booking?
Choose the equipment you need, select your rental start and end dates on the product page, and pay through the online checkout. You will receive a booking confirmation by email. Bring this confirmation (on a phone or printed) to the pickup.
What is the minimum and maximum rental period?
The minimum rental period is 1 day and the maximum is 6 days. If you need equipment for longer, write to info@koduaed.ee — we can arrange longer rentals by separate agreement.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS — a licensed Estonian payment service provider. You can pay with all major Estonian bank links (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Coop, Luminor) and with Visa or Mastercard. We do not have access to your banking or card details.
Pickup and return
Where does pickup and return take place?
Equipment is handed over and returned at Elise tee 1, Papsaare, 88317. This is currently the only location.
What are the pickup and return hours?
Weekdays (Mon–Fri): 17:00–20:00. Weekends (Sat–Sun): 10:00–13:00. A prior online booking is mandatory — we do not provide walk-in service.
Can the equipment be delivered to my home?
Home delivery is available by separate agreement and for an additional fee. Write to info@koduaed.ee before booking if you would like delivery, and we will let you know whether it is possible for your area and the cost.
Damage, cancellation, and other questions
What happens if the equipment is damaged when I return it?
Normal wear-and-tear from correct use is not charged. For damage that goes beyond normal wear-and-tear, we estimate the repair or replacement cost based on actual repair invoices or current market value, and invoice you for the amount within 14 days.
How do I cancel a booking?
Send a cancellation request to info@koduaed.ee. Free cancellation is possible up to 48 hours before the start of the rental period — the full amount is refunded within 14 days. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental start may result in the rental fee being retained.
Can someone else pick up the equipment on my behalf?
Yes — the booking is in your name, but a family member or representative can pick up the equipment on your behalf. They need to present the booking confirmation and we may ask for ID. Please note that the renter (the person who placed the booking) remains responsible for the equipment.
